Ryan, the manager, was very apologetic for the fax machine being out of order for my second visit in a row, so he faxed my documents from his phone for me and waived the entire bill. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Ryan at the UPS Store in Napa has been very helpful in offering me information on what is the best way to ship things. He's quick with information and very knowledgeable in his job. If I run into a problem, he's usually got the solution. Customer service is his number one priority, unlike MOST of corporate America.
