    I showed up for an appointment and was told the person that I needed to meet with was out of the office due to illness. She actually told me the nature of his illness which I found quite unprofessional. She then said she would get back to me no later than the Monday the following week and it's Wednesday with no call. I even called on Tuesday to let her know that I was waiting for her call and still nothing. Very bad customer service.
